Hi. I’m Liubov Panuli, and I founded WLG back in 2018.
With over a decade in IT recruitment, I’ve helped scale startups and tech giants across Europe and the US. I’m an advocate for women in leadership — and Work Life Group is proof that building a powerhouse team starts with that belief.

Karolina has been driving WLG’s growth for nearly four years, playing a pivotal role in some of our biggest wins. As Head of Delivery, she leads the recruitment team with sharp strategy and unwavering focus. She’s also the one behind hiring the amazing professionals who make up our team.
Marina
Marina is a powerhouse — rising from recruiter to our lead Account Manager. She runs all client communication, and if you’re working with WLG, you’re working with her. Simply put, Marina makes it all happen.
