Who will actually work on my search?
Two people from our team: the recruiter who runs the search and your account manager. You meet both, and you keep talking to the same account manager from the first call to the day the person starts.
Will my contact change during the search?
No. Your account manager does not change. If a search needs a different specialism, the recruiter beside them changes, not the person you deal with.
Where are your recruiters based?
Across Europe. The people on this page work from Warsaw, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Tbilisi and Milan, and each card says where that person sits.
