The Founder of WLG
Hi. I’m Liubov Panuli, and I founded WLG back in 2018.
I had a head full of strategy and fast learned lessons after working with a handful of companies, including the world’s largest recruiter: Hays.
I know you’ll understand when I say “recruitment isn’t a 9-5 game.” It’s all about being dynamic. Being flexible. Being an empathetic listener.
I was fed up of clock-watchers. I wanted, more than anything, to make a difference to the lives of my clients. To reignite the spark that was once there when they became an IT professional.
Which is why I launched my own company. Now, I’m honoured to work with my clients, helping them solve problems in the IT space.

A fully-female team that knows the IT industry inside out. We’re WLG. And we’re so pleased to meet you.
Karolina
Otherwise known as Superwoman. Karolina has been with us for around 4 years now. After having her two children, WLG team members were astounded by her drive to get back into work.
Despite a challenging schedule; being a mother, a wife, and an IT recruiter, Karolina is one of our leading recruiters here at WLG.
Nadia
Leading key teams, Nadia is passionate about cultural fit. This is, no doubt, down to her love for culture in general.
Travel and experiencing new ways of life fuels Nadia, which is why she likes to switch up her location every 2-3 months. Speaking several language, it’s no wonder that Nadia’s one of our top communicators here at WLG.

Marina
Coming to WLG from Ukraine, Marina is one of our best sourcers.
It’s down to her ability to communicate and listen. Being able to communicate in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, and English is an asset to WLG, making her a perfect fit for her role.
Plus, we love asking her what random words are in other languages!
