I studied psychology and then decided to go for an HR internship. What kept me was the part I had not expected to enjoy so much: working together with people, talking to them, listening to their stories and to their life goals. That is how I became a recruiter.
What I like about the work here day to day is the flexibility. I can be genuinely independent, and I was given a lot of trust by the people in the company. I enjoy working internationally, on a lot of different challenges and projects around the globe.
