I studied psychology and then decided to go for an HR internship. What kept me was the part I had not expected to enjoy so much: working together with people, talking to them, listening to their stories and to their life goals. That is how I became a recruiter.
I have been in HR for more than 15 years: from HR policies and hiring across multiple countries, in line with local labour law, to full-cycle recruitment. I work with candidates all over the world.
What I like about the work here day to day is the flexibility. I can be genuinely independent, and whenever I need it, Work Life Group gives me the room I need. That is what I really appreciate here. I enjoy working internationally, on a lot of different challenges and projects around the globe.
Currently I work on international projects, and it feels like a perfect match. I meet extremely interesting people, I listen to their stories, and I help them get their dream job.
