WLG Client Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The WLG Client Referral Program (“Program”) is open to everyone.
• Any individual or business may participate, including WLG employees, contractors, clients, candidates, or other contacts.
• The only condition is that the referred contact expects outreach and consents to being contacted by WLG in accordance with GDPR.

2. Definition of a Successful Referral

• A “Successful Referral” occurs when:
  1. The referred company signs a contract with WLG;
  2. At least one candidate is successfully hired through WLG by the referred company;
  3. The hired candidate completes a three-month guarantee period with the client company.
  4. Reward Structure
• Referrers will earn $1,500 USD for each hire made with their referred client.
• Payments are made monthly, starting from the fourth month of employment, after the guarantee period is completed.
• Rewards are payable for up to 24 months from the date the referred client signs a contract with WLG.
• If multiple hires are made with the same client during this 24-month period, the Referrer earns $1,500 per hire under the same conditions.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed monthly via bank transfer or another agreed method.
• No payments will be made if:
  • The candidate leaves or is terminated within the first three months;
  • WLG has already been in active discussions with the referred company in the 6 months prior to the referral.
• All payouts are gross amounts, and Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Duration of Rewards

• Referral rewards are valid for 24 months from the date the referred client signs a contract with WLG.
• If the client ceases to work with WLG, reward payments will stop.

6. Limitations

• Fraudulent or fabricated referrals will result in disqualification.
• WLG reserves the right to reject referrals that do not meet eligibility or compliance requirements.
• The Program may be modified or terminated by WLG at any time with prior notice.

7. Data Protection

• All personal data will be processed in compliance with GDPR.
• Data will only be used for the purpose of validating referrals and contacting the referred client.
