Who can participate?
Everyone except for internal employees of WLGroup in Poland.
When the referral is valid?
The referral should be sent to MAIL HERE and include a CV or contact details (phone number and e-mail address) of the recommended person. A recommended person must be informed about the referral and interested in taking part in recruitment processes conducted by WLGroup in Poland. The referred person has not previously been involved in recruitment processes in any other way and has not sent their application by themselves or through another person. The referred person must create a WLGroup account and Jeep it valid for at least 6 months. At the same time, we only accept referrals for recruitment processes carried out for WLGroup’s clients
How long the referral is valid?
Each referral is valid for 6 months. You do not need to indicate a specific position that you recommend your friend to. Our clients are constantly addressing us with their needs. Based on the referred person’s experience and expectations we can match him/her to current recruitment processes. This means that the probability of starting cooperation with the recommended person and paying you out a bonus is higher!
What is the exact amount of the bonus?
It depends on the position level of recommended person:
• PLN 6000 — Senior Specialist
• PLN 3000 — Middle Specialist
• PLN 500 — Junior Specialist
When you are entitled to get the bonus?
The bonus may be payout when all the following conditions are met:
• the referral is valid (see above)
• the recommended person successfully accomplishes the recruitment process conducted by WLGroup and starts cooperation with WLGroup in Poland
• the cooperation will last for a minimum of 3 months
Within 15 days after meeting these conditions, we will contact you to complete the formalities
related to the payment of the bonus!
